Q?What do I do if I have a complaint?

For any complaints regarding quality, or any other issues, please call us, 01977 798300.

Q?What happens if my flowers are different to the image on the webpage?
A.

We will always do our best to send out what is shown, however we also reserve the right to substitute certain flowers that may not be in season.

Q?What time will my delivery be made?
A.

We will try and work with you with delivery times. You can ask for AM (before 12 noon. Or PM(before 5pm).
For funerals we will deliver at least 1 hour before the funeral time.
For a more specific time, it would be best to give us a call. 01977 798300.

Q?How will I know when my delivery has arrived?
A.

We can let you know either by text or email. Just give us your details and let us know you require notification.

Q?What if I want a bespoke bouquet?
A.

If you want a particular flower, please give us a call, 01977 798300. We will do our best to accommodate, we have 3 fresh deliveries of flowers to the shop every week.

Q?What area is free delivery?
A.

Free delivery is Pontefract town only. There will be a delivery charge to other areas.

Q?What happens if there is no one in, when the flowers are delivered?
A.

The flowers will always be left somewhere safe, or with a neighbour, we will always leave a card to say where they are.

Q?What if I live outside Pontefract?
A.

We will discuss competitive delivery charges with you, or you can collect your flowers from our shop and a date / time of your choosing.

Q?What if I don’t know what flowers to chose?
A.

One of our experienced florists will speak with you to determine exactly what you require. We will discuss the occasion, likes / dislikes, colour options etc.
