Summer
has arrived
(even if the sunshine hasn’t!)

We always love June-August, it means wedding season is in full swing and we get to see our lovely brides and grooms-to-be looking fabulous.

Away from dressing venues, churches and creating beautiful bridal bouquets, we have also been busy hosting flower demos, afternoon teas and even car boots – all in aid of our local charity. With plenty more events planned for the next few months ahead, read on to find out more…

Summer of love: Weddings

Wedding season is well and truly here. From rustic glamour to bohemian charm, we tailor every one’s flowers to match their theme and personality. No bouquet is the same and that’s what we pride ourselves on…

Our gorgeous bride Keeley (pictured) went for a pretty vintage theme with sentimental favours and upcycled accessories. The top table was dressed with ‘Mr & Mrs’ jars entwined in rustic rope, whilst a homemade bunting took pride of place, especially after going missing & being re-made at the last minute!

Ponetfract FlowersTeam News: Charity Garden Party

We were delighted to be invited to be a part of the Prince of Wales Hospice annual Summer garden party on Sunday 12th June.

As well as hosting a demo, an array of plants and arrangements were on sale. It was a lovely day at the hospice gardens with a wonderful atmosphere. The rain managed to hold up until almost the end but even that didn’t put a damper on the day!

Thank you to everyone that came down – we raised a total of £225.

Charity Mission: Total Warrior

Pushing herself to her limit for another year – Michelle takes part in Total Warrior 2016 today, along with her other crazy team members from Body Design F.I.T.

Completing a gruelling assault course through the mud, vertical structures and even an ice cold plunge pool – all in aid of charity!

You can still sponsor her on her Just Giving page here.
